Close Die forging [2 kg. to 50 kg]

Here, a heated raw material is placed inside a die that has two moving parts. By application of the desired pressure, the raw material gets the desired shape of the die. Generally, the lower part of the die is fixed, while the upper part is operated through a powered ram that applies a pre-set pressure. The Close Die Forging method is suitable for most metals and their alloys.

While it is very easy to set-up the Close –Die assembly, the trick is to operate it a manner that gives it a consistent quality output. Shacha Technoforge operates the latest equipment and has highly trained technicians that helpus to achieve consistent quality output over prolonged periodsof time.

Forging Machinery
  • 1 Ton Belt Drop Hammer ( Closed Die) Job Capacity up To 5 Kgs.
  • 2.5 Ton Belt Drop Hammer ( Closed Die) Job Capacity up To 15 Kgs.
  • 3.5 Ton Belt Drop Hammer ( Closed Die) Job Capacity up To 50 Kgs.

Machining [CNC & VMC]

The process of transforming a raw material into a desired shape is generally known as machining. This is achieved by controlled removal of material from the raw material block.

Here, the machining can be done with two varieties of equipments –The Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) and Vertical Machining Center (VMC).

Shacha Technoforge operates the latest CNC and VMC machining equipments that give the produce the high quality and perfectly machined parts consistently irrespective of the volumes.
